My little Break-Dancers...

I love, love, love the show "So You Think You Can Dance". A new season began tonight and I let the girls watch a few minutes of it...they LOVED it too. So much spinning and dancing going on in the living room tonight. Then a break-dancer came on and Janie was trying her break-dance poses but kept falling (obviously). So she hopped up on the couch and did this pose! Lexie joined in....such funny, funny girls!!!

Update (sort of)

OK...So I just finally got around to uploading pics from my camera onto the computer. I seriously just loaded over 500 pictures....yep, we have been busy and I have not been blogging about it. At night after the girls go to sleep, I am tired...tired...exhausted...worn out!! But, I love it! Wouldn't have it any other way, just don't have time to sort thru pictures and come up with creative posts.

The pictures I loaded included:
  • Celebrating Easter with the Harrisons (the girls God Family)
  • Easter Sunday (discovering the Easter Bunny visited, wearing pretty dresses, and celebrating the rise of our Lord)
  • Carnival
  • Relay For Life
  • Attending the Strawberry Festival
  • Mother's Day
One of these days, I promise to put at least a few pics from these special moments on here. In the meantime, enjoy the girls playing in the flowers (ahem, weeds)...

My backyard was covered in dandelions. They were so tall and actually really pretty. Janie kept looking out and saying "look mama, flowers". Well my landscaper was running a bit behind and they kept getting taller and thicker. We decided to try to get some cute pictures before they were all cut down.....

Look at all of the dandelions...funny how a weed can actually be so pretty...

The girls having fun playing in the "flowers". Usually the grass is cut low so they can play with all thier toys outside--but the dandelions got a little out of control this past week.

The funny thing was after the landscaper came and mowed. Janie looked out the window, looked back at me, threw her hands in the air and asked "Where flowers go?"
