Happy St. Patrick's Day

So trying to take a decent picture of my 2 little leprechauns is like chasing after that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow....(Silly I know--but I couldn't resist a little shamrock humor today).

So this morning before we left for the day I tried really hard to get a picture of the girls together for thier first St. Patrick's Day together....didn't work out so well. See evidence below!

Looking at each other-not the camera. Sweet picture though...

Janie playing with mommy's make-up (her new obsession)

Lexie showing off her outfit--but Janie ran away right
before the picture was taken....

No more pictures mommy, I've got phone calls to make!

OK...I'll look sweet for a picture. Oh wait, Lexie isn't in the picture...

This was the best picture I could get this morning....

So, I decided to try again this afternoon after we got home!  Surely we can get at least one good picture of the girls together (ha, ha). They are both moving targets--soooooo full of energy!

Playing and having fun in the living room. Janie running towards me and Lexie chewing on the drum set!

Hey, this is a cute one of Lexie--but no Janie...

Here she is, taking a juice break...

Lexie went back to chewing on those drum sticks!

Now Janie is watching cartoons! Doesn't look like this picture will happen!

Lexie really likes to play those drums!

OK. So they are both on the couch now-but both are reaching to
grab the camera lens cap!

Got it! Here is the pot of gold! A picture of both girls at the same time!! Well, it's the best I could do. At least they are both sitting still!

We hope you all had a great St. Patrick's Day!

  2. Darling...it is so hard to get two silly dumplings to cooperate for one photo!
But they sure look like they keep you on your toes and keep so much joy in your heart! Love each photo of your two leprechauns!
